Mont Saint-Michel

Château de Fontainebleau

The Fontainebleau Palace is one of the largest chateaus in Paris and the former manor of many rulers of France. Stretched across over 80 hectares of land, the estate has existed since the 12th century when King Louis VIII used it when hunting in the Fontainebleau forest which surrounds it. The Chateau is comprised of different structures external and internal built as the sites progressed from century to century. Built in the vein of French Mannerist Architecture, it offers spectacular glimpses into France’s past.

Giverny Gardens

Created and then captured in timeless and adored painting by legendary French artist Claude Monet, the Giverny Gardens sits at the meeting point of the river Seine and the river Epte. Monet noticed the village of Giverny while passing by on a train when he made the decision to settle there and paint. The garden’s plants, ponds and structures such as the famous Japanese bridge, have all been featured on his world-famous art pieces and the garden’s attract many art enthusiasts who come to draw inspiration from them and pay respects at the final resting place of Claude Monet.
